Louis Aguilar, Close your eyes, you’re invisible

Si le parcours de départ de ce jeune barbu semble basique : guitare à 11ans, chant à 16ans (pour plaire aux filles), le reste est pour le moins original… à 21 ans il signe son 4 ème album, rien que ça !

Une bourse universitaire lilloise le propulse au Missouri dans une fac d’art, loin des grandes villes et de leur agitation. Là-bas, il fait la tournée des rodéos, des saloons avec, comme il se doit, abondance de caravanes et de chapeaux de cow-boy.

Il apprend à attraper des vaches au lassot, l’intérêt est certes limité mais ça donne beaucoup de charme à ce folkeux audacieux.

Ses tatouages, comme son dernier album « «Close Your Eyes, You’re Invisible »,  racontent de belles histoires, matures et authentiques.

A sa manière(et un peu comme Eddy Vedde ou Thos henley) et accompagné depuis peu d’un groupe de musiciens (les « crocodile tears »), Louis Aguilar, crocodile Dundy professionnel nous emmène en voyage loin loin, très loin et on aime bien.

Il sera en concert le 26/01 au Biplan à Lille, le 04/02 au Micro Marché en Belgique, le 07/02 au Grand Mix à Tourcoing, le 14/04à la Maison Folie à Maubeuge, le 18/04 aux Passagers du Zinc à Besançon et on espère bientôt à Paris.

If the story of this young bearded man seems usual: learned guitar at 11, singing at 16 (to please girls), the rest is pretty original: at 21 he signs his 4th album!
A French university offered him a scolaship to study Art in Missouri far from big cities their excitement. Over there, he went around rodeos show and saloons with an abundance of caravans and cowboy hats. He learned to catch cows in the assault, the interest is certainly limited but it actually gives a lot of charm to this audacious folk man.
Its tattoos, like his last album ” ” Close Your Eyes, Invisible You’ re “, tell beautiful, mature and authentic stories.
In his own way (and a bit like Eddy Vedde or Thos henley) and recently accompanied  by a band (” crocodile tears “), Louis Aguilar, a professional crocodile Dundy takes us in a very far journey and we like it.

He is on tour and will be on the 26th of january at the Biplan, Lille, France; on the 4th of february at the Micro Marché in Belgium, on the 7th at the Grand Mix in Tourcoing, on the 14 of april at the “Maison Folie” in Maubeuge on the 18th at the “Passagers du Zinc” in Besançon and we really hope in Paris soon.
